Key Responsibilities
Responsible for timely delivery of skill based, technical and development training experiences to support the current and long-term needs of the organization.
Identify gaps in training/expectations of associates and leaders and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement training and development opportunities.
Form relationships with key stakeholders, including subject matter experts, and the wider organization to execute needs and strategy of the business.
Support front line leaders in operations maximizing the development of all Operations teams.
Develop and conduct course assessments.
Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm leading multi-module programs over extended periods of time.
Quickly and accurately assess, coach and develop individuals throughout the learning process to ensure understanding.
World class facilitation and curriculum delivery.
Conduct evaluations and monitor success of participants and overall program.
To train the students actual working environment and to gain practical knowledge and skills
Fundamental understanding or exposure of ITI training and MSME working environment and practices
