Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Technical Trainer at CodeTantra located in Hyderabad or its clients at their locations. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for providing training and development on various technical subjects. Your daily tasks will include conducting training sessions, creating training materials, and delivering technical content to learners at various universities and colleges that avail such services. You will also be responsible for assessing the effectiveness of training programs and providing feedback to improve learner outcomes. This role involves extensive travel and long deputations at the college/university campuses.
