About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Technical Trainer with a strong foundation in networking and programming to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CCNA, CCNP, Python, and SD-WAN, and will be passionate about learning and delivering new technologies to diverse audiences. The role involves designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training sessions, ensuring participants gain practical, applicable skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on CCNA, CCNP, Python, and SD-WAN for individuals and groups.
• Engage with Content Developers to develop and update training materials, presentations, and labs to reflect the latest technologies and industry best practices.
• Assess trainees skills and knowledge levels to tailor training sessions to meet their needs.
• Foster an interactive and engaging learning environment that encourages active participation and retention.
• Stay updated on industry trends, certifications, and emerging technologies to integrate into training content.

Required skills and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience (2-4 years) as a Technical Trainer, Instructor, or related role.
• Certification in relevant areas (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Python and SD-WAN, with a focus on hands-on training experience.
