As a Technical Trainer at RBM Software, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical skills and knowledge of our employees. You will design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure that our team members stay at the forefront of industry trends and possess the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver technical training programs for employees at various levels within the organization.
- Design and create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to stay current on industry trends and incorporate relevant content into training programs.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Customize training content based on the specific needs of different teams or individuals.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees as they apply new skills in their roles.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices to continuously enhance training programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT field, additional certifications in training and development are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Technical Trainer or in a similar role within the technology industry.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript, Javascript Frameworks, React, Angular, Java.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt training methods to suit various learning styles.
- Demonstrated organizational and project management skills.
