Technical Trainer

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in the job market context of India and a strong background in technical training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training programs for employees and customers
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and videos
• Conduct training needs assessments to determine areas where training is needed
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure training programs are current and relevant

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, engineering, or information technology
• 4-8 years of experience in technical training
• Strong knowledge of technical concepts and terminology
• Experience developing and delivering technical training programs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders
• Experience with learning management systems and other training technologies.
