Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering technical training programs to our employees and clients in the Indian job market. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-8 years of experience in technical training.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop technical training programs that meet the needs of our employees and clients
- Deliver training sessions to employees and clients in a classroom or virtual setting
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technical trends and tools to incorporate into training programs
- Collaborate with other trainers and stakeholders to ensure training programs align with organizational goals
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in technical training
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of technical concepts and tools such as programming languages, databases, and operating systems
- Experience with designing and delivering technical training programs
- Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work well in a team environment
- Certifications in technical training and instructional design are a plus
