Technical Trainer
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are actively seeking a motivated and technically adept Trainer to design and deliver training programs for our Server expert staff. This position requires a fusion of technical proficiency, instructional design expertise, and strong communication abilities. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our Server expert team members possess the requisite knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively, thereby contributing to the organization's success.
REQUIRED SKILLS
As a technical trainer, you are required to possess a broad spectrum of skills to effectively communicate complex technical concepts, engage learners, and facilitate learning experiences. Here are the key skills required for success in the role of a technical trainer, proficiency in the subject matter you are providing training on, ability to articulate complex technical concepts in an easily understandable manner, dynamic and engaging presentation skills to capture attention, capability to address questions, challenges, and unexpected issues that may arise during a training session and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with trainees and create a positive and inclusive learning environment. This role requires a 100% in-office presence and involves 24*7 shift work at our Bengaluru office location in India.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Here are additional aspects of what you'll do as a technical trainer: Tailor materials in accordance with industry trends, learner feedback, and organizational requirements, foster an environment that encourages participants to share their experiences and insights, create opportunities for hands-on learning through labs, practical exercises, and real-world scenarios, rovide mentorship and guidance beyond formal training sessions, leverage technology tools, such as online forums, collaborative platforms, and virtual labs, to enhance the learning experience and facilitate training.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and develop training programs, modules, and materials based on identified learning objectives and organizational needs.
Develop comprehensive curriculum outlines that align with industry standards, best practices, and the specific requirements of the organization.
Create engaging and informative training content, including presentations, documentation, multimedia resources, and firsthand exercises.
Conduct training sessions using a variety of methodologies, including instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and e-learning platforms.
Oversee the classroom or virtual environment effectively, ensuring a positive and interactive learning experience for participants.
Tailor training delivery methods and content to cater to various learning styles and skill levels within the audience.
Develop and administer assessments to evaluate participants understanding of the material and provide constructive feedback.
Provide ongoing mentoring and support to learners, answering questions and offering guidance beyond formal training sessions.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Your deep understanding and expertise in the technical subject matter being taught provide credibility and assurance to participants that they are learning from a knowledgeable source.
Bachelor's degree & Certifications in Active Directory, Azure, Virtualization, Exchange etc.
Accumulation of 4-6 years of experience in technical training, preferably in a network operations or IT environment.
Effective communication skills to break down complex technical concepts in a clear, concise, and understandable manner helps learners grasp and retain information more effectively.
Your proficiency in designing and developing training programs, modules, and materials ensures that learning objectives are met, and that training content is engaging, relevant, and effective.
Flexibility to adapt training delivery methods and content to accommodate different learning styles and skill levels ensures that all participants can effectively engage with the material.
Problem-Solving Abilities to address questions, challenges, and unexpected issues that may arise during training sessions, ensuring a smooth and productive learning experience for participants.
Ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders ensures that training programs meet organizational goals and objectives.
Trainer led to improved employee performance, productivity, and job satisfaction, contributing to the company's success and growth.
Provision of ongoing mentoring and support to learners beyond formal training sessions, aiding participants in applying their newly acquired skills on the job and navigating challenges they may encounter.
