Responsible for preparing training materials such as outlines, text, and handouts and present information, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, as well as developing alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen.
Creates technical training programs according to requirements.
Planning, delivering and administering training programs for internal employees, on the product features and functionalities.
Determines system utilization requirements by researching and testing systems.
Develop, Tweak and Maintain training procedure manuals, training content and guides, and course materials.
Determines overall effectiveness of programs and training by listening to feedback and making improvements as necessary.
Other Requirements
Technical educational background is a must. Preferably B.E/B.TECH/ M.E
Experience: min 1 year in teaching/training
Communication skills: Should be good in English & Tamil.
