Job Description

As an Azure Technical Trainer at Digital Detect Technologies, you will be responsible for devising technical training programs, producing training schedules and classroom agendas, determining course content according to objectives, executing training sessions, workshops, etc. in groups or individually, keeping and reporting data on completed courses, absences, issues, etc., observing and evaluating results of training programs, determining the overall effectiveness of programs, and making improvements.

The candidate should have a graduate degree (BCA, B-tech CS, BSC IT, MCA, MSC IT, and M-tech CS would be preferred).

Requirements and skills:

( Must have MS Azure Solution Architect[AZ- 305] / Azure Administrator [AZ -104] Certified )

Two years of experience in teaching technical IT content covering at least three of the five areas mentioned below:

  • Linux Operating System
  • Scripting languages such as Shell and Python
  • Networking and Security concepts
  • Relational Databases
  • DevOps Concepts and Processes

Ability to deliver training on Azure Solution Architect [AZ-305] and Azure

Administrator [AZ-104]

Excellent presentation and communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of best practices in Azure deployment, configuration, and management

Ability to engage and motivate learners

Ability to adapt to the learning needs of the audience

Ability to create and deliver effective training materials and courseware

Familiarity with other cloud platforms and their differences from Azure

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conducting training sessions: Responsible for delivering Azure training sessions to individuals or groups of learners.
  • Keeping up-to-date with Azure technologies: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and changes in Azure technologies and services to ensure that your training content remains relevant and effective.
  • Providing feedback: Assess learners progress and provide feedback on their performance. To help them understand their strengths and weaknesses and identify areas of improvement
  • Providing guidance and support: Provide guidance and support to learners who may have questions or need additional help
  • Collaborating with other trainers: Work collaboratively with other instructors and subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate.

Salary:

Up to 4.5 6.0 LPA (Based on skills and technical interview)
