The candidate should have 1-5 years of experience in the job market context of India. This position will be based in our office located in India.

- Provide technical support to clients via voice.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in technical support.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Experience in handling networking issues.
- Experience in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
