Description
We are seeking a Technical Support Voice with 1-4 years of experience to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers over the phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of technical troubleshooting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support to customers over the phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or department
- Ensure all customer interactions are recorded accurately in the system
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved
- Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and other support documentation
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in technical support
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus
- Solid understanding of technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems
- Experience in a call center environment is a plus
- Fluency in English and Hindi is required
