We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist with expertise in POS systems, networks, and operating systems to join our dedicated support team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers, resolving hardware and software issues related to POS devices, operating systems, network configurations, and peripheral devices such as printers. Responsibilities: Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat channels, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to POS devices, operating systems, and network configurations. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems with POS terminals, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of POS hardware components. Assist customers with network setup and configurations, including troubleshooting network connectivity issues and resolving network-related problems. Configure and troubleshoot operating system issues on POS devices, including Windows and Android systems. Install, configure, and troubleshoot peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, and card readers, Cash drawers for POS systems. Document customer interactions, technical solutions, and troubleshooting procedures in our support ticketing system. Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and engineering, to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in POS technology, networks, and operating systems. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Proven experience (at least 2 years) providing technical support for POS systems, networks, and operating systems. Strong knowledge of POS hardware, operating systems (Windows and Android), and network configurations. Experience with network troubleshooting tools and techniques, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS,
