Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Staff at Pracharak in Kolkata. The Technical Support Staff will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and utilizing analytical skills to identify and resolve issues.

• Brief knowledge about Bulk SMS Marketing
• Analytical Skills
• Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Technical certifications or relevant qualifications are beneficial

The annual CTC will be around 1.2L-1.8L depending upon your experience.
