Job Description
- Provide Customer support on call, mail and remote session and achieve 100% customer satisfaction for support provided to them.
- Should have knowledge on email, DNS, mail client configuration.
- Should manage Cisco Ironport / Cisco ESA, Symantec Message Gateway for providing Email Threat Prevention.
- Preventing unwanted email with Adaptive Reputation, Spam with Anti-Spam Policies, and Malware with AntiMalware Policies.
- Track and correct any applicable information security deficiencies, conditions, weaknesses, findings, and gaps identified by audits, reviews, security control assessments, and tests and the continuous monitoring activities such as, but not limited to, vulnerability and compliance scanning of all the IT systems.
- Should do close monitoring of infrastructure.
- Compile information from various sources (log analysis, incident reporting, event analysis, etc.)
- The technical support specialist candidate must have enthusiasm and hunger to learn the things related to work, proactive for self-training.
- Should provide high availability as and when required.
Required Skills
- Strong technical acumen and prior experience in information security, specifically cloud infrastructure, endpoint security, and vulnerability.
- Experience in any Email Security concept would be preferred.
- Must have good verbal and written communication.
