Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Technical Support Specialists for our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and technical skills and will provide exceptional support to our global customers.

Key Details:

- Location: Pune-Hinjawadi

- Salary: Up to 6 LPA (CTC)

- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Technical Support (International Voice Process)

- Shifts: Night shifts available with a night shift allowance of 2000

- Transportation: 2-way cab facilities within a 25 km radius

- Incentives: Performance-based incentives available
