Job Description

Applied Software Pvt. Ltd. is a software product company focussed on investment and wealth management domain. Our flagship product suite WealthSpectrum is used by leading financial institutions and banks. We help manage over $300 billion in assets serving 250+ investment managers, backed by a solid two decades track record.

Position Summary:

We are on the lookout for a passionate Technical Support Specialist who can skilfully co-ordinate resolution of client issues with our internal technical and functional teams and enjoys working with clients for technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively monitor our support channels for new tickets and issues
  • Identify issues, respond to, and co-ordinate support efforts
  • Keep track of unresolved issues and escalate internally as needed
  • Keep client informed about the progress with resolution and status
  • Work closely with the client account manager, functional and technical teams to maintain highest level client satisfaction
  • Prioritise and multi-task effectively with the result oriented approach
