Job Profile:Technical Support (Application Services)

• Job Type: Full-Time

• Office Timings: 9am to 7 pm

• Working Days: 5 days in a week

• Week off: Saturday Fixed. 1 day rotational based on Manager.

• Job Location: Hubli (Onsite).

• Bond: Need to Sign an Agreement for 18 months.

Need to submit your Original Marks card of SSLC or PUC or Degree, once you finish 18 months, the next day marks card will be given back to you. (This will be mentioned in the contract)

We as a MNC are looking for employees for a long time, who have passion and dedication to work.

Training period may be 30 to 60 days.

You will be paid the full salary during the training period. If you leave the company before 18 months, then you need to the training and infrastructure cost of Rs 1Lakh. (This will be mentioned in the contract)

• Training: Will be Provided by the company. (Salary Paid during Training)

• Fresher's / 1-2 years of experience in any BPO's or Customer support.

BCA/ MCA/ BE/ B tech/ Diploma Computer's / BSC / BCOM

• Responsibilities and Duties:

Job Role will involve supporting customers through phone / email / Chat requests and online sessions.

• Providing training to customers, making documentation / manuals, testing new features, finding bugs, and feedback on improvement of current systems.

Managing implementation of new clients.

• Installation of Ifile Convertor Software in Client computers and configuring it.

: Dubai, UAE.

• Salary Paid: You're Salary will be directly transferred from UAE. Whatever the salary is mentioned entire salary will be paid to your account. We don't offer PF and ESI, so we don't deduct any money from your salaries.

• Holiday Calendar: As our Software is Used in Middle East (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar) so we don't follow public holidays of India. All the public holidays of India are not eligible to us. We follow public holiday of UAE.

• Software You support: HR Chronicle The Leading Cloud based HR and Payroll Management Software of Middle East Region.

This software is used by the HR and employees in the Middle East Countries.
