### Role & Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Representative for Monitoring (SAP), your primary responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring SAP applications and performing corrective actions based on prior education and training.

- Working in various shifts, which may include weekends, evenings, holidays, and third shift support on a rotation basis.

### Education
- B.Sc in Computer Science or BCA graduates.
- Candidates must be 2023 pass outs or 2024 graduates with a pass-out certificate.
- Resources from reputed universities are preferred.
