Description
We are seeking a Technical Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in a technical support role and a strong knowledge of computer systems and software. The candidate should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems and software
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Document technical issues and resolutions in a knowledge base
- Escalate technical issues to senior team members when necessary
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 0-3 years of experience in a technical support role
- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity software
- Knowledge of networking protocols and concepts
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
