Description
We are looking for a Technical Support professional with 0-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to our clients via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior technical support team members
- Document and track technical issues and resolutions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product functionality and customer experience
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 0-3 years of experience in technical support or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts such as TCP/IP and DNS
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
