Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Support Professional to provide first line support to our product users. In this role, you will be working as part of the core technical team which provides excellent technical support, customer care, product implementation, customization and training to all Tekla Structures customers across India.

You will be involved in diagnosis & troubleshooting of software problems. Interpret the client's requirements and assist them to provide product level support, applying standard industrial practices, provide tailor made solutions to fit their requirements by applying your industrial domain expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering technical support to the users of Tekla softwares products.

Addressing customer queries over the phone, by email or solving issues through Web meeting

Work effectively with customers

Technical documentation preparation

Coordinating with customer for follow-up /feedback

Ability to learn in house system based Tools

Ability to perform comprehensive research and investigation on customer Problems.

Required Skills & Experience

Have a degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, from an accredited University

Min 2 years exp in Steel Detailing /Design Industry or Professional experience of using Tekla Structures or other BIM software

Masterful communication in written and spoken English

Technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills

Utilize excellent analytical skills

Team oriented, service-minded & coachable.
