Job Description

Dreamwares IT Solutions is looking for Technical Support Professional to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.Provide technical support to software developers and end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software development and deployment.
Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Participate in the development and implementation of technical support processes and procedures.
Maintain accurate and complete documentation of technical support activities.
Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex technical issues.
Participate in the testing and deployment of software updates and new releases.
Maintain a high level of knowledge of software development tools, technologies, and best practices.
Provide training and support to other IT professionals on software development-related topics.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
