Position: Assistant Support Manager (Technical)
Department: Implementation
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Computer Science/Information Systems or related technical areas or equivalent
Experience: 3-7 years
Location: Indore
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Take care of technical support teams with strong leadership to meet customers expectations and business requirements.
- Monitor/Execute necessary action to minimize service cost to improve service profitability
- Plan/Promote service productivity improvement project
- Preparation for new product launch (training, support structure)
- Optimize technical staff resource allocation
- Follow up customer complaints with engineers until closure
- Always keep engineers aware of Company Compliance
- Coordinate closely with the ERP business process owners to maintain and update the ERP system
- Any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
Key Skills Required
- In depth understanding of ERP product and software technical support
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar industry
- Significant experience in leading customer engineer team, resource management, discipline and motivation
- Strong leadership skills
- Good interpersonal and customer handling skills
- Flexible and adaptable
- Responsible attitude and a willing-to-help-others mind set
