Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Remote Printer Issue Handling: Manage and resolve printer issues faced by customers remotely. Provide timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Customer Coordination: Communicate with customers to understand their printer issues, provide updates, and ensure their concerns are addressed promptly.
Engineer Alignment: Coordinate with and assign engineers to address and solve customer printer problems efficiently.Issue Resolution: Ensure all issues are resolved within the stipulated time frame and follow up to confirm problem resolution.
  • Printer Support Experience: Utilize prior experience in providing printer support to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Hardware Knowledge: Apply in-depth knowledge of printer hardware to manage and resolve technical issues.
Print Management Software Installation: Oversee the installation of print management software for customers, ensuring seamless integration and operation.Networking Knowledge: Use networking knowledge to assist in the installation and configuration of print management software and to resolve any related issues.
  • Requirements:
Proven experience in providing technical support for printers.
  • Strong understanding of printer hardware and troubleshooting techniques.
Experience in installing and configuring print management software.
  • Knowledge of networking principles and the ability to troubleshoot network-related issues.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in relevant technical fields.
  • Prior experience in a managerial role within a technical support team.
Familiarity with various printer brands and models.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,
  • 00 - 35,000.00 per month
