Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers through phone, email and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our software products
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical support or development teams
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Participate in product testing and provide feedback to development teams
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support or customer service
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience in troubleshooting software applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
