We are seeking a Technical Support professional with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to provide top-notch customer support for our software products.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers through phone, email and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our software products
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technical support or development teams
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Participate in product testing and provide feedback to development teams

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support or customer service
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Experience in troubleshooting software applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
