Description
We are seeking a Technical Support to provide technical assistance to our clients. You will help install, troubleshoot, and maintain software, hardware, and other systems. This position requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical individuals.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, and other systems
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
- Document technical issues and solutions for future reference
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 0-4 years of experience in technical support or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications
- Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Customer-oriented mindset
