We are looking for a Technical Support professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers, resolving technical issues and troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Document technical solutions and maintain knowledge base
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate solutions
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies, products, and services
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
