- With Minimum 1 Year of Non-Technical BPO Experience:
- CTC: 31,000
- In-Hand Salary: 26,500 + 2,000 PLI + Other Incentives
- With Minimum 1 Year of Technical BPO Experience:
- CTC: 35,500
- In-Hand Salary (Training Period): 30,500 + 2,000 PLI
- Post-Training Salary: 30,500 + 2,000 PLI + Other Incentives
Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide voice-based technical support to Adobe customers, addressing their queries and troubleshooting issues related to Adobe products.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Adobe's software and services to assist customers effectively.
- Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately to contribute to the continuous improvement of support services.
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.

Requirements:
- Education: Graduation is mandatory.
- Experience:
- Freshers: Minimum 6 months of calling experience.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a technical mindset.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
