The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers and resolving their technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. The Technical Support professional will work closely with our development and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
- Resolve customer technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with development and engineering teams to address customer concerns and improve product quality
- Document and track customer issues and resolutions
- Provide timely and accurate updates to customers on the status of their technical issues
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 0-4 years of experience in technical support or related field
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, hardware, and software
- Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
