We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Support professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers and resolving their technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. The Technical Support professional will work closely with our development and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
  • Resolve customer technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with development and engineering teams to address customer concerns and improve product quality
  • Document and track customer issues and resolutions
  • Provide timely and accurate updates to customers on the status of their technical issues

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 0-4 years of experience in technical support or related field
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, hardware, and software
  • Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
