Job Description
Female Candidate has to give support from Office via, Telephone, Chat and Email.
Male Candidate Job Role is different then in-house support. Please check other job post for more details.
Primary Job
- Providing technical support to the clients via different modes i.e. telephonic, chat, Email etc.
- Majorly handle the software support calls from the clients.
- Handle software customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions & alternatives within the time limit.
- Take remote desktop using any desk and help to solve software queries.
- Good knowledge of Report Designing in Data report is an added advantage.
- Software training will be provided.
Skills
- Basic knowledge of Computer Applications and software's
- Troubleshooting, software and Windows OS configuration.
- Candidate must be good with Gujarati, Hindi and English communication skills along with pleasing personality.
Candidates with Software or IT background only apply.
