TECHNICAL SUPPORT EXECUTIVE_
The primary responsibilities for this position would be as follows:
Provide technical support to clients ( voice process)
- Level 1 starts with questions regarding functionality and environments.
- Level 2 deals with manual intervention where the support staff accesses the system to perform the tasks necessary.
These issues are escalated to the product group once all other troubleshooting activities have failed to resolve the incident.
Desired Candidate Profile
Freshers with DIPLOMA/BCA/MCA preferred
Should Have Good Knowledge About Computer Systems basics
Customer focus and being attentive.
Good communication skill in english and hindi.
