Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Executive with 2-3 years of experience in supporting ERP software. The ideal candidate will work a night shift and must have a 30-day notice period or be an immediate joiner.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers via tickets, email, and Zoom meetings.
Troubleshoot and resolve software related issues in a timely manner
Log and track customer issues in a ticketing system
Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on open issues and keeping customers informed of progress
Requirements
Collaborate with development and QA teams to resolve customer issues Continuously improve knowledge of the ERP software and stay current with industry developments Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in technical support for ERP software
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work in a night shift
