Job Title: Technical Support Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Executive with 2+ years of experience in supporting ERP software. The ideal candidate will work a night shift and must have a 30-day notice period or be an immediate joiner.
- Provide technical support to customers via tickets, email, and virtual meetings.
Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues in a timely manner.- Log and track customer issues in a ticketing system.
Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on open issues and keeping customers informed of progress.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to resolve customer issues.
Continuously improve knowledge of the ERP software and stay current with industry developments.
- 2+ years of experience in technical support for ERP software.
Strong problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
