Technical Support Executive

Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Executive with 0-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and be able to provide excellent customer service to our clients. The role will require the candidate to be able to troubleshoot technical issues, provide solutions and escalate issues when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to our clients via phone, email and remote assistance
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues
• Provide solutions to technical problems
• Escalate issues to the appropriate team when necessary
• Document technical issues and solutions
• Provide excellent customer service to our clients

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 0-4 years of experience in technical support or a related field
• Strong technical background with knowledge of operating systems, networking, and software applications
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer service oriented attitude
• Certifications in relevant technical areas would be an added advantage
