Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with hardware, software, and networking systems.
Install and configure computer hardware and software systems.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Identify and escalate issues requiring urgent attention to the appropriate department.

Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Support Executive or similar role.
Excellent technical skills and knowledge of hardware networking, installation, and maintenance.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Familiarity with formatting and technical writing.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
