IT Support Technician (Video Games)
We are seeking an IT Support Technician with strong technical expertise and excellent customer service skills to support our video game systems. The ideal candidate will provide technical support for both internal teams and external customers, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues. The role requires good knowledge of MS Windows OS, computer hardware, and networking.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for video games, including troubleshooting and diagnosing game and machine issues.
Handle customer and supplier inquiries via email and phone with professionalism.
Set up, configure, and restore Windows PCs, hardware, power supplies, and related systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with displays and basic network setups.
Collaborate with internal teams and work independently to resolve technical problems.
Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with prompt and clear communication.
Document and maintain logs of support requests and resolutions.
Willingness to travel as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT technical support, preferably related to video games or similar hardware systems.
ITI or Diploma in IT or a related field.
Proficiency in Windows OS and MS Office.
Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computers, video game systems, displays, and basic networks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
