Job Description

Sciometrix Clinicus is a full-service patient-care medical software company focused on a single purpose elevating healthcare, and the doctor-patient experience, increasing adherence, driving healthy outcomes, decreasing readmissions, and motivating overall well-being. We empower healthcare providers with advanced technology and human expertise, revolutionizing a patient's experience. Our propriety software and related technologies ensure HIPAA compliancy with cloud access. We have established HIPAA-compliant Clinicus, an artificial intelligence (AI) bot that monitors patients 24/7 and ensures fast response in their care management program. Clinicas watches each patient's vitals and alerts our licensed team when a patient's program progress or vitals are varying. Our team will then quickly contact the patient to discuss the change. If needed, we will schedule a physician's appointment

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Application Support.
  • Experience working with SQL writing queries to get data for debugging issues and developing features.
  • Hands on with any of the scripting languages like Bash, Python, Php , etc
  • Excellent analytical and logical thinking.
  • Problem solving and debugging skills.
  • Shift Time: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST (5pm -2:30 am IST)
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Tableau, AWS Connect
  • Experience in working with Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • You will be a part of TOPS (Technology Operation) team.
  • Work closely with business operation team in managing day to day issues, resolve user queries.
  • Keeping records of various issues helps the team prioritize fixes and automations.
  • Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.
  • Taking ownership of technical issues and working closely with developers to resolve more complicated problems.
  • Work closely with product team to enhance the quality of existing products.
  • Design and develop the complete use case of any business flow in salesforce.
  • Create accurate DB queries to prepare reports.
  • Analyze the operational data and suggest operations team to enhance the productivity.
