Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone, email, and online channels.
  • Receive in-depth training on company products and perform troubleshooting for customer installations.
  • Conduct product demos and technical presentations for current and prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in company products.
  • Collaborate with teams on product testing and contribute to technical documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field).
  • 2-4 years of experience in a technical support role, Automation Industry experience would be a plus.
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and strong communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
