Job Description

Minimum 6 months of IT support experience (Windows/Mac operating systems)
  • Strong working knowledge of: Windows, Networking, Mail systems, Hardware installations
A passion for technology, innovation, and making a difference

  • A positive personality, attitude & a Team player.
Can thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to be adaptable, flexible, and a multi-tasker
Outstanding customer service experience
  • Excellent Verbal & written communication skills

Tech Skills - Have knowledge on any one of the below tools:
  • Ticketing systems - Autotask, Remedy, ConnectWise, Spice Works, ServiceNow AND
RMM Platforms Solarwinds, N-able, AVG Managed workplace, Continuum, Kaseya, Jam

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
