Tasks
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers in both English and Japanese language.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document and escalate unresolved technical issues to appropriate internal teams for further investigation.
- Conduct training sessions and create support documentation to assist users in navigating and utilizing banking software.
Requirements
- BCS, BCA, MCS, MCA, BE (IT / Computers / Electronics)
- Minimum 2 years of experience required.
- Hands-on experience of Linux and Windows Server operating systems
- Hands-on experience in RDBMS (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server, DynamoDB, Oracle etc.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Should be well versed with ITSM/ITIL Framework
- One or more skills mentioned below.
- Hands on knowledge of configuring hardware and networking components (such as Servers, Storage Devices, Switches, Routers, Load Balancers etc.) OR
- Experience working in cloud technologies (such as AWS, Azure etc.) OR
- Basic knowledge of Information Security Systems (such as Firewall, Anti-Virus, Data Encryption Technologies, ACL, etc.) OR
- Proficient in programming languages consisting of OOPS concepts
Shift Details:
1st Shift: 6am to 3pm
2nd Shift: 2pm to 11pm
3rd Shift: 10pm to 7am
There will be rotational shifts. Shifts change tentatively after a month's gap
depending upon the work situation.
