Process customer orders and provision VPS Servers & Dedicated Servers.
Candidates need to answer helpdesk tickets & live chat and calls to assist clients encountering problems with their dedicated servers / shared hosting / VPS Hosting.
You should be dynamic to collect information about service incidents and search known error databases. Provide remediation & escalate as necessary.
Respond to incoming abuse reports and notify clients or provide a basic investigation of abuse sources as determined by service level.
Schedule and apply software and Operating System patches and updates as directed.
Assist with provisioning tasks as directed by the supervisor.
