About This Role
We are seeking 2 Technical Support team members (1 x Technical Support L0 and 1 x Technical Support L1).

Responsibilities
As Technical Support you will be right at the heart of matters as you need to deal directly with customers who have technical problems. Some of the key responsibilities will be:
- Solving problems within various models or on platform issues
- Ticket management via ticket-tracking software
- Strong understanding of computer applications, hardware and software
- Analyze existing Excel models, identifying opportunities for optimization and redesigning them to leverage the full capabilities of Coherent Spark.
- Collaborate with the technical and project management teams to contribute to the continuous improvement of the Coherent Spark platform.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of complex Excel models, identifying opportunities for optimization and enhancements, and leading the effort to reimagine these for improved performance and scalability.
- Serve as a key technical liaison, effectively communicating complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel and VBA, with extensive experience in developing complex financial models, with a proven ability to analyze and / or optimize complex models.
- Solid understanding of SQL and experience with database management, particularly in relation to Excel data integration.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in team environments and interact with clients.
- Experience with financial analysis, risk management, or similar domains within the financial/insurance sector is highly desirable.
- A degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Finance, with a preference for candidates who have additional qualifications or experience in financial modelling or analytics.
