Description

We are looking for a Technical Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 0-2 years of experience in providing technical support and possess excellent communication skills. They should be able to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to our clients. The position is based in India and requires the candidate to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers
• Escalate complex technical issues to the senior team members
• Document technical solutions and create knowledge base articles
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of operating systems, networks, and software applications
• Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Fluency in English and one regional language
• Ability to work in shifts
