Eligibility Criteria:
For Freshers:
* Educational Qualifications: B.Tech, BE, Diploma in any technical discipline or relevant studies.
* Strong interest in Technical Support role.
* Basic understanding of troubleshooting steps.
For Experienced Candidates:
* Both UG & Graduate can apply.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a Technical Support role (voice process).
* Familiarity with remote troubleshooting tools steps .
Job Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support via voice calls, addressing customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
* Assist customers in resolving electronic gadgets problems.
* Manage and resolve customer issues efficiently and providing first-call resolution.
* Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
* Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions and steps taken to resolve issues.
Skills Required:
* Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi.
* Basic technical knowledge.
* Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
