Job Summary:
As a Technical Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing top-notch support and guidance related to Microsoft 365 products. You will troubleshoot issues, answer queries, and ensure our clients have a seamless experience with our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients regarding Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Guide clients through product features and best practices to enhance their user experience.
- Document and track client interactions and support requests in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure resolution.
- Conduct training sessions and webinars to help clients understand and utilize Microsoft 365 tools effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest Microsoft 365 features and updates to provide accurate information and support.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in technical support, preferably in a Microsoft 365 environment.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and services.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
