Description
We are seeking a Technical Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in providing technical support to customers and should be able to troubleshoot issues related to software, hardware and network. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and should be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to software, hardware, and network
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior technical support staff
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues
- Provide feedback to the product and engineering teams on customer issues and suggestions
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in technical support
- Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows and Linux
- Familiarity with networking protocols such as TCP/IP
- Experience with remote desktop tools and software
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for customer service
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
