Eligibility Criteria: Any graduate with minimum 1 OR 2 years of experience in Technical support voice process (services desk) in International voice process
Min 1 year exp in Domestic/International -upto 4 Lpa + Allowance + Incentives
Min 2 years exp in International voice -upto 6 Lpa + Allowance + Incentives

WFO only
Both sides cab available in the hiring zone (25km)
Location: Hinjewadi, Pune AND Bangalore in Electronic city
Skills required : active directory, DNS, VPN, D365, ticketing tools, service desk, servicenow
Note
1year of experience should be after completing the
graduation only.
It shouldn't be
open university.
Overall education should be of 15 years.
