Shift: US - 6PM to 2 AM (Mandatory)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Success Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves collaborating with mid-market or enterprise customers, ensuring their success by providing effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, providing guidance, troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and senior business leaders to address customer needs.
  • Identify technical issues using your hands-on experience with web development technologies and APIs.
  • Communicate technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Act as a technical advisor, guiding clients on best practices and potential improvements.
