- Reporting to the regional Technical Success Manager, you will play a vital role as a member of the Customer Success team in the assigned region
- You will work on various projects simultaneously, including customer onboarding projects and technical guidance
- Qualified candidates will have strong experience and teamwork skills as they will work closely with the Service, TechOps, and Sales teams to ensure long-term success and retention
- This role is heavily customer-facing, so strong comfortability and aptitude for leading external demonstrations and presentations is required
Occasionally, you will act as an escalation point for technical queries with the customer and work with the TechOps and Product team to advocate for customers. You will work closely with the regional Customer Success Managers and Customer Success Specialists to help drive Enablement, Test Strategy, Best Practices, and implementation guidance with the customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:
You ll be responsible for:
- Demonstrating Best Practices and Implementation Guidance as a trusted Provar expert
- Working closely with CSMs and CSSs to support customer projects, at-risk recovery, and growth opportunities
- Help customers build their Automation Framework, testing strategy and CI implementation
- Building rapport with customers as a trusted advisor and partner to their Provar project by solving technical queries skillfully and educationally
- Create and contribute to knowledge base materials dedicated towards internal and external education
- Assist with the design and delivery of products and other technical demonstrations and training
Required Capabilities:
- Bachelor s Degree with 3+ years of experience in Salesforce QA Automation (preferably Selenium with Java) and good understanding of Salesforce ecosystem
- 2+ years of DevOps Experience and a strong understanding of the CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of development technologies and tools (XML, APIs, CLI, SQL, SOQL, Javascript etc.)
- Experience in testing of Web Services (REST/SOAP) and Databases
- Familiarity with Version Control Systems and their usage (Git, SVN, TFS, etc.)
- Experience working with various DevOps tools and solutions (such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, CircleCI, GitHub, GitLab, BitBucket, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Quality Assurance and/or application Testing with proven experience of designing automated test scenarios for complex Salesforce projects
- Demonstrated analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting expertise
- Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues as required
- Customer-facing experience
- Strong understanding of the testing lifecycle, including strategy, planning, and execution.
- Ability to write detailed and effective test scripts.
- Familiarity with defect management tools and processes.
- Strong communication skills including written, analytical, presentation and verbal with the ability to effectively develop materials that are appropriate to the audience and evangelize key concepts and best practices
- Ability to multitask as you will be expected to work on multiple engagements/initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to collaborate with teams across the organization while also being able to work independently and as a self-starter
