Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Platform Maintenance: Take ownership of the background verification platform and ensure its regular maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
  2. Data Management: Oversee the collection, storage, and security of data related to background checks, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and maintaining confidentiality.
  3. System Integration: Collaborate with the IT team to integrate the background verification platform with other company systems, enhancing efficiency and streamlining data flow.
  4. Technical Support: Provide technical support to internal teams and clients regarding the verification platform, resolving issues, answering queries, and offering guidance on its usage.
  5. Quality Assurance: Conduct periodic quality checks on background verification reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  6. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and propose technical solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of background verification procedures.
  7. Training: Train internal teams and clients on using the verification platform effectively, explaining its features and functionalities.
  8. Compliance and Regulations: Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to background checks, ensuring the company's processes remain legally compliant.
  9. Reporting: Prepare and present technical reports and analytics related to the verification platform's performance, usage, and issues to the management team.
  10. Research and Development: Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the background verification industry, suggesting innovative ideas for system enhancements and process optimization.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in technical support, IT operations, or software management is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with database management, system integration, and software troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to provide clear instructions and support to team members and clients.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of data protection laws and background verification regulations is a plus.
